Refund policy

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Email themurytee@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. In many cases you won't need to return the item.

Size exchanges: Wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.

Cancellations: Because every item is made to order, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–5 business days to show it.
